Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 

 

At Kevish, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item should be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
